CANDIDATE STATEMENT

It is an honor and a privilege to serve the people of the 55th Representative District.

I will continue to uphold conservative standards in the legislature and bring fiscal responsibility to a budget that has gone billions of dollars into the red. I have and will continue to vote against tax increases that will put more of a burden on the people and businesses of Illinois. I have introduced and supported ethics reform and campaign finance reform only to have those pieces of legislation watered down by the majority party for their own gain. I ask for your support to continue these efforts in the upcoming primary and general elections.
